The Seamless Quality Protection System was launched and developed by Evergrande GMP Dairy Ltd. on
December 2015. This system provides the best assurance that the quality of the product without compromise
during its long journey. The products can be monitored and their quality can be assessed at every step including
both storage location and movement. This gives manufacturers opportunities to take appropriate measures to
eliminate or minimize the risks.
Another system which was studied and applied to control product quality is called “Black Box”. It records the
whole manufacturing process of the products from raw materials to finished goods by video with time,
temperature and humidity. Simultaneously, every product is coded with production information including Batch
number, date of Manufacture, date of Best Before and a unique 2D QR code. Anyone can read the production
information, test results and X-Ray detection images by scanning the QR code. Therefore, all people can be
involved in controlling product quality together.
