New Zealand Food Safety College also would like to contribute to the development of food science and
technology besides providing the training of food safety knowledge. These researches mainly focus on
developing innovative pharmaceutical-grade milk formulations; creative nano-technologies applied to food, and
advanced seamless quality protection logistic and control system.
