The Seamless Quality Protection System was launched and developed by Evergrande GMP Dairy Ltd. on<\/p>\n
December 2015. This system provides the best assurance that the quality of the product without compromise<\/p>\n
during its long journey. The products can be monitored and their quality can be assessed at every step including<\/p>\n
both storage location and movement. This gives manufacturers opportunities to take appropriate measures to<\/p>\n
eliminate or minimize the risks.<\/p>\n
Another system which was studied and applied to control product quality is called \u201cBlack Box\u201d. It records the<\/p>\n
whole manufacturing process of the products from raw materials to finished goods by video with time,<\/p>\n
temperature and humidity. Simultaneously, every product is coded with production information including Batch<\/p>\n
number, date of Manufacture, date of Best Before and a unique 2D QR code. Anyone can read the production<\/p>\n
information, test results and X-Ray detection images by scanning the QR code. Therefore, all people can be<\/p>\n
