Nano-Materials &amp; technology are applied to food processing to enhance food coloring and flavoring.<\/p>\n<p>Food also could be nano-encapsulated by nano-technology. The nano-encapsules delivery and release<\/p>\n<p>nutritional additives or functional food ingredients to their specific site of action. Within the food sector nano-<\/p>\n<p>particle size supplements and additives can prolong food shelf-life.<\/p>\n<p>In summary, there are a large number of potential applications of Nano-Materials &amp; nanotechnology within the<\/p>\n<p>food industries. However, it is very difficult to be really used commercially because many methods and process<\/p>\n<p>are either too expensive or too impractical to implement on an industrial scale.
